Our Contacts Manager module is a powerful way to manage a listing of departments and contacts in your organization.
This can be used for both external and internal users of your web site or intranet.
It also includes a built in contact form which allows viewers to send messages to the people in the contact list.
The details of the contact form are also stored in the database for easy tracking and follow up. Key features of the module include:
- Ability to setup and manage a hierachical list of departments
- Ability to assign contacts to departments
- Contacts includes standard demographic data, optional photo and up to 5 optional fields which can be custom labeled
- Customizable contact display template
- Export to excel of all contacts and customers (those who filled out the contact form)
- Quick response form to respond to any new customer requests
- Quick bulk mail functionality to send a message to all customers who have "opted in" for further contact.
- DNN Security roles can be used to control what users can manage various contacts and what users can view various contacts.
For example, the VP of Support can be assigned to manage his/her own list of contacts.
And he/she can then determine which logged in roles on the site can see those contacts.
So if there are more than one level of support, only users who are in each approved role can see that level of contact information.
