Form-Test-Survey Engine

The Form Engine module is a powerful and easy to set up different type of Forms for DotNetNuke versions 3.x and 4.x.  With the Form Engine Admin can:

  • Set up three types of forms. ( Survey, Form and Test)
  • Assign predefined templates to forms to give them different layouts.
  • Generate a form having different question types.(Essay, Multiple Choice, Multiple Select, Fill in the Blank, True or False).
  •  A powerful reporting feature is provided to view statistics of form, survey and test with various filtering option.
  •  Set the dates and number of days when the form will be active and inactive.
  • All text in the Form Engine can be easily customized and localized using our powerful language editor.
