Key Features Include:

1. Creating a new ticket for the end user allows them to pick a category, enter a description, upload an attachment and, if setup, fill out custom fields.



2. Administrators can review and claim tickets.



3. Ticket administrators have a single ticket management view to see the details of the ticket, the statuses and manage existing statuses.
